What is NOSS UAE?
NOSS is the UAE’s clearance marketplace. Every vendor offers a minimum 50% discount — starting with premium near-expiry groceries and expanding into furniture, fashion, gadgets and household goods. Half price, full value.
Is NOSS the seller, or the vendors?
NOSS is a marketplace. Independent vendors list and sell most items and are the seller of record; NOSS provides the platform, secure payment and delivery coordination, and supports you end to end. Some items may be sold by NOSS directly.
How do the discounts work?
Every listing is at least 50% off and shows the original price, the sale price and your exact saving in AED. Vendors must offer genuine markdowns — no inflated "was" prices.
Are prices VAT-inclusive?
Yes. Prices are in AED and include 5% VAT. A small service and handling fee and any delivery charge are shown at checkout before you pay.
Is near-expiry food safe to eat?
Yes. Near-expiry products are perfectly good within their labelled best-before or expiry dates — they’re simply close to that date, which is why they’re discounted. Every grocery item shows clear expiry and urgency labels so you can choose with confidence.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across the UAE. Delivery times, fees and any scheduled slots are shown at checkout and may vary by vendor, area and product type.
How much is delivery, and is there a minimum order?
Delivery fees, minimum order values and any free-delivery thresholds vary by vendor and product type and are always shown at checkout. Grocery orders may have scheduled delivery slots and a minimum order.
How do I pay?
You can pay securely by card (processed via Stripe). Cash on delivery is available for selected vendors and areas, shown at checkout.
Can I return an item or get a refund?
Yes. If a delivered item is damaged, incorrect, faulty or expired, we’ll arrange a return, replacement or refund. Eligible non-perishable items can be returned within 7 days if unused. Perishable and near-expiry items have limited return eligibility. See our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged, wrong or expired?
Report it within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (card refunds via Stripe), typically within 5–14 business days of the return being received or approved.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes — free of charge any time before it is dispatched, from the app under Orders or by emailing support@noss.ae.
How does the cart reservation work?
When you add an item to your cart, stock is reserved for about 10 minutes so it isn’t sold from under you while you check out.
What if my order has items from different vendors?
Items from different vendors may be delivered separately. Any applicable delivery fees are shown at checkout.
How is my personal data handled?
In line with our Privacy Policy and UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL). You can access, correct or delete your data, and delete your account, in the app.
How do I delete my account?
In the app under Account → Delete Account, or by emailing support@noss.ae.
How do I make a complaint?
Email support@noss.ae first and we’ll help. If unresolved, you can escalate to the UAE Ministry of Economy (600 522 225 / UAE Consumer app) or the Dubai Consumer app (600 545555).
When is the app available?
NOSS is launching on the App Store and Google Play. Tap "Get the App" on the home page to be first in line.
How do I sell on NOSS?
If you’re a retailer, distributor or brand with surplus or clearance stock, you can list in seconds with AI-assisted tools. Head to seller.noss.ae to become a seller. You’ll need a valid UAE trade licence and must offer the minimum 50% discount.
