NOSS delivers across the United Arab Emirates. Availability for a specific address, vendor and product is confirmed at checkout.
Depending on the vendor, your order is delivered either by the vendor’s own delivery service or by a third-party courier. If your basket contains items from more than one vendor, they may arrive separately.
Delivery fees, minimum order values and any free-delivery thresholds vary by vendor and product type and are always shown at checkout before you pay. A small service and handling fee (AED 2.10) applies per order. Prices include 5% VAT.
Grocery orders may be delivered in scheduled time slots that you choose at checkout, and may have a minimum order value. Because grocery items are near-expiry, we aim to deliver them quickly.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your order, and you can track your order in the app. Please make sure someone is available to receive it.
If delivery cannot be completed (for example, no answer after multiple attempts or an incorrect address), the order may be returned to the vendor. We will contact you to re-arrange; additional fees may apply for re-delivery.
Cash on delivery (COD) is available for selected vendors and areas where shown at checkout. Please have the exact amount ready.
Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or your nominated recipient at the delivery address.
